China–Indonesia sea LCL, FCL and air freight, with consolidation in Guangzhou. Published LCL sea rates start from IDR 5,750,000/CBM to the Indonesian warehouse for approved categories. FCL is quoted per shipment; air uses chargeable weight. Bali delivery, unloading and additional requirements are scoped separately.
The process, step by step

Buy from your supplier
Order from 1688, Taobao, Alibaba, Tmall, or a factory directly. You can pay the supplier yourself, or use our supplier payment service if you have no RMB account.

Ship to our Guangzhou warehouse
Give the supplier our warehouse address and your marking code. Domestic freight inside China is arranged by the supplier and is not part of our rate.

We receive, check, and consolidate
Warehouse receiving records support package counts and measurements. Consolidation of several suppliers and the applicable minimum charges must be confirmed in the quotation. Receiving cartons is not a full product-quality inspection.

Sea or air departure
Departure and consolidation schedules are confirmed for each booking. Choose LCL, FCL or air using packed dimensions, gross weight, cargo requirements and the agreed deadline.

Indonesian customs clearance
Duty, VAT, and import income tax are handled and already priced into the all-in rate. You do not receive a separate tax bill afterwards.

Warehouse arrival, then delivery
Goods land at our Indonesian warehouse. Domestic delivery to your address is quoted separately, and freight is settled after arrival.

Request comparable LCL and FCL quotations
Send the product description, supplier city, package count, packed dimensions, gross weight, readiness date and delivery address. For Bali projects, add vehicle access, unloading needs and receiving hours. Identify the importer and required documents before booking.
Ask which origin, freight, import and destination charges are included. Confirm container free time and possible storage, demurrage or detention charges when relevant. Warehouse arrival and site delivery are separate milestones.
Frequently asked questions
How long does sea freight from China to Indonesia take?
Roughly 25–35 working days from vessel departure, depending on the destination port and consolidation cycle. Add the time your supplier needs to get goods to Guangzhou, plus the domestic leg at the end.
How long does air freight take?
Typically 5–10 days. It makes sense for urgent, high-value, seasonal, or light-but-expensive cargo, and for samples ahead of a bulk order.
What is the difference between LCL and FCL?
LCL shares container space with other shipments. FCL reserves a container for your cargo and does not require it to be full. There is no universal CBM break-even: compare quotations for the same cargo, route, included charges and delivery endpoint.
Do I need an import licence or NPWP?
For consolidated shipments handled through our service, you do not need your own importer identification. If you want to import in your own company name, you need the correct Indonesian licences — talk to us first, because the document chain has to match the ownership chain.
What cannot be shipped?
Dangerous goods, batteries outside approved packing, branded goods without authenticity evidence, and product categories that require Indonesian certification you do not hold — cosmetics, supplements, food, and wireless devices are the common ones. Check with us before you pay the supplier, not after.
Can you inspect goods before shipping?
Warehouse receiving checks and product-quality inspection have different scopes. Request the inspection checklist, coverage, acceptance criteria, report and fee before ordering; inspection is included only when expressly agreed.
